The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist spots. The view from the lobby was also excellent. the size of the room was satisfactory and the facilities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

There were several negative aspects to my experience. the reception staff was unhelpful and unresponsive when I had issues with the Wi-Fi.

Great location, just a short walk to the main shopping area with shops and cafes along the way. 7-11 across the road. Close to Jordan MTR. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient transportation options, including a free shuttle from Kowloon.

Felt most welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is convenient for public transportation and nearby attractions. The cleaning service was excellent and the room was super clean. I appreciated the option for a triple bedroom.

The hotel had a beautiful Christmas decoration in the lobby with a festive and cute atmosphere. The location was great, with easy access to local eateries, popular shops, and public transportation. It was convenient to have the option of taking buses and taxis nearby. the staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth.

This was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to stay connected with family and friends.

The hotel is located near the ferry terminal for easy access to Macau and is just a short walk to the Jordan MTR station. Guests can enjoy shopping at the nearby mall and convenient transportation. The rooms are equipped with useful facilities such as a complimentary mobile phone and laundry service.

The breakfast selection could have more variety and the crowded lifts can cause delays during peak hours.

We were amazed by the fine view of the city skyline from our room on the 24th floor. The buffet breakfast included with the room rate was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The hotel allowed us to have a late check-out without any extra charges, a convenient perk. we found the concierge to be helpful, as they were available 24 hours and allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with shops like 7-11 and Cafe de Coral nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. It was very convenient, being situated near the Airport Express and West Kowloon High Speed Rail. The access to these transportation options made it extremely easy for us to get around the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle straight back to the Airport Express, which was a huge bonus for us.

The only recommendation we have for families is to not rely on the reception staff during check-in and check-out. They were often busy playing with their phones instead of providing exceptional customer service.

Conveniently located near a subway station and within walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Rooms have great views of a park and the harbour. Breakfast had a good variety and staff was helpful. Early check-in was accommodated and housekeeping staff was courteous. Well-maintained, association with Scouts organization, and offers free wifi.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy walking distance to ferries and the modern shopping areas. We also enjoyed exploring the traditional night market areas around Temple Street. Another great advantage is that they offer bus service to local hotels in the area if you have a ticket for the airport express. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The view from our room was breathtaking.

This hotel had great facilities and was located near many restaurants and shops in the city centre. The cleanliness was amazing, and I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast menu. The staff was friendly and accommodating to any of my needs.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the TST area for a few days and B P International was by far my favorite. The location was excellent, with convenient stores and restaurants just a footstep away. It was also just a 5-minute walk to Jordan and Austin MTR stations. The room had a nice partial view of the Victoria Harbour, which was a bonus. They also provided daily complimentary bottled water, which I appreciated.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Good location near Kowloon Park, restaurants, and MTR stations. Helpful and professional staff. Clean hotel with regular sanitization. Convenient amenities nearby. Good overall experience.

During our stay here, we were impressed by the convenient location of this place. It's located in a great area with easy access to public transportation, including a nearby MTR station and a free shuttle bus that goes to the Airport Express Kowloon station. The hotel also offers great service amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. We were pleased with the room amenities too, which included ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe. The staff at the reception desk during check-in and check-out were helpful and personable as well.

We would recommend this hotel to families due to its excellent location and impressive service offerings. The only downside was that some of the staff at the reception desk were playing with their phones rather than providing customer service, but overall it was a great experience.
